I see that you booked a room, received a response and later sent them an e-mail asking for advice about your late arrival. What was the second e-mail? Has it been two weeks since the second request for information or the first? And how long before your stay?

Does the website give any indication? If you can't tell because of language issues, perhaps you can post the website and have one of us look it over. I know that when I rent apartments in Italy, there is often a specification about how early and how late they'll allow me to check in.
