This is the very first time to post, so I'm sorry if this has not been posted on an appropriate forum or you may not be able to see what I'm saying due to language barriers i have.
I’m ready for a trip from DFW to NRT on AA61.
And I've realized that there are seat (Y) config differences between a seatmap on AA's website and seatguru.
According to the seatguru, the seat config for AA61 is 2-5-2 which is wrong I assume.
Does anyone know if the correct Y seat config for AA61 would be 3-4-3?
Because currently I've booked at row 17 which AA's web shows 2-4-2???

Welcome to FT. Seatguru is borderline worthless, so just forget about whatever it says (AA hasn't flown a 772 with 2-5-2 config in Y for a while now).
All of AA's 772's have the same config in economy, 3-4-3. There are several rows at the front and back of economy that are missing seats (so technically these rows are 2-4-2). These seats are the same width though, the seats are just removed for various reasons, i.e. presumably to have more space around the bulkhead and because the cabin gets slightly narrower at the rear of the aircraft as it tapers in.
