Currently staying at the Keraton purely for location. Last visit was a year ago and things have gone downhill in terms of benefits since the merger with Marriott. I'm titanium and was told no upgrade available at check in despite the website showing availability for all room types. No longer automatically provided lounge access, I had to choose between breakfast or lounge access or bonus points. The room itself smells of damp and they have severely cut back on their generous laundry benefits to just pressing 2 pieces per day.

Suffice to say this will be my last visit here, I will give RCPP a whirl if I can figure out a way to get breakfast thrown in.
