Did you ask about the "doneness" of the scrambled eggs to the CL staff? My most soggiest/least doneness experience with scrambled eggs has been the Marriott Park Lane in London - so is it a function of how long in advance the eggs were prepared and how much more done the kitchen estimates they'll get sitting on the hot plate?
