Bags can be very slow at AMS. My last trip there it took 30 mins between stepping off the plane and the bag arriving in the carousel. This is the norm.
And AMS is a bag dropped at check-in by 60 mins not 45 mins airport so you'd have 30 mins to get from Arrivals to Departures 3 which you can do in about 5-10 mins but you'd have very little slack if your inbound was delayed.
