Do you know whether TSA clears people in Toronto that are flying to Atlanta (that is US customs and immigration is at Pearson airport)? I have had this happen in Ireland and Paris. I'm asking because I have a short connection in ATL and am hoping I clear in Toronto.

Do you know if TSA Precheck is part of Global Entry? Has my Pre-Check also expired?
Asking because my husband and I got GE at the same time, but expiration falls on your birthday so he is OK until 11 May whereas my GE expired 4 Jan.
