J headsets are fine but like a previous poster I bring my own when on the ULH because i often consume media off my ipad.
I wouldn’t call them fresh. I still use them without any issue though.

I did wonder how often they change the bedsheets though, but looked like a new (fresh) was put in place for the second leg of SQ11 in NRT after arriving from LAX.
