It was charged. I didn't ask about an alternative, nor did I raise what I think was a violation of the guarantee when they gave me an ocean view rather than confirmed ocean front. I actually am here for a quick weekend away and just didn't feel like arguing with them. I'm going to give an honest TA review though.
For the sake of everyone on here, you should raise the issue so you can actually have a conversation with them and get an answer. It's amazing how people come here and will complain or say a property did this or that, but then won't actually confront the property.
