Best way to chase BAEC points when flown Alaska?

Hi,
My wife and I flew domestic US 2 weeks ago on Alaska Airlines. We gave our BAEC numbers from the start (when booking) and it was listed throughout when we added bags, selected seats, checked-in, etc.
No Avios points have been credited to our BAEC accounts for that Alaska flight.
What's the best action to get our points awarded at BAEC?
