That's a lot of money so unless your dripping in cash then personally it would be a definite no.

Youd have to do a standard reward search for UuA to see if theres availability to upgrade.

Its a BA 'Limited Offer' which has only recently popped up, so definitely a POUG. I'm getting the 'contact the Call Center' message on this - and also on previous occasions when I've just been clicking the Upgrade button to check. I agree, I also thought it was definitely no bargain - and sadly, no, I am not dripping in money!
