Assuming that's for a WT+ to CW POUG for a straight LHR-CPT return? (Usually shows a Limited Offer in red at the top. Or are you doing it by clicking on upgrade your flight which will be the fare difference and so not a POUG. What are you seeing?)
That's a lot of money so unless your dripping in cash then personally it would be a definite no.
Youd have to do a standard reward search for UuA to see if theres availability to upgrade.
