I’m being offered an upgrade CPT- LHR, £989 to CW. (Feb 2020). It seems a bit high to me so not tempted - am I wrong? I figure that there’s still time to lurk and see what else comes along. Out of interest I did try to see what it would take in Avios, but got the old ‘No can do - ask the Call Centre’. routine. Why is this happening? I did the booking online myself.
