Does anyone know if the "travel agent rule" - i.e. usually not opening up until 2-3 days before departure is the same for BA Holidays bookings?

And on the same subject, any experience with multi seat bookings getting offered POUG? We are four seats in WTP going to SEZ at Christmas - so I'm not that hopeful!
