If you're going to purchase anything on the internet, you must take the time to do all your own due diligence. An internet site will take money from anyone, they have no responsibility to their 'customers'. It's up to the purchaser to determine whether the site s/he's using is the proper vehicle for the purchase. If you have even the slightest question, don't go forward with the purchase.
