Strange they consider it a daytime flight as if mainly flew through darkness and they turn off the cabin lights to encourage passengers to sleep.
I think they are very strict with the rule that pyjamas and slippers are only given on night flights. I´ve flown twice in the past in F from DOH-CDG and was told the same thing. Had to fly from CAN-DOH to make sure I´d get their Missoni pyjamas and slippers.
