I'm sorry...I've been flipping between too many airlines programs this evening -- my original response was appropriate to NWA not JAL for this route.

However, I looked up the various seat maps (see link below) on JAL for all of their 747s and according to all their seat maps it would seem that 12H is either the last row of the first Executive Section (if there is more than one Exec section) or the last row of the only Executive Section. The 747 (S03 configuration) does not show a row 12 at all. None of the JAL 747 seatmaps shows row 12 in economy.
