transpac - 1k's can not pre-book the bulkhead row on United 777's. Row 16 or 17 is bulkhead not exit. If you are able to pre-book them, consider yourself blessed as I have tried as a 1P and my co-worker who is a 1k has tried also, neither successful. I said nothing about exit rows which you can pre-book.
