In my experience, most days have some availability for cash plus points. I just checked again. For example, I was able to see that in March of 2020 that the 6th and 7th are available on points only. The 8th and 9th are not. The 10th through the 20th are also available on points only.

As long as the Reefside Garden Villa is available, it should be bookable on points only (plus 400 XPF taxes and fees). If you are having trouble seeing this, try incognito mode.
