Hi all,

Today, I took a domestic flight on UA. Upon checking-in for my flight, i have used my TK Elite membership to get the SA gold benefits such as free bag,prioirty boarding...etc. However, the system didnt recognize my TK status resulting in me paying to check in my bag.

Anyone knows what’s going? Can I claim my bag fee?

I have used my TK elite status with Lufthansa and it got me all the SA benefits. Also, my TK elite is still valid.

Appreciate your help!
