I appreciate all the great advice. Couple more questions. What can I expect as far as time from getting off the plane to the pick up point? Arriving 2:20 pm on AA, US citizen, on a Thursday. Want to give the driver a realistic time.

also my return is 5:20 pm departure PEK what kind of time allowance to leave hotel? Grand Hyatt, close to Forbidden City. No checked bags.
