United has changed their policy to allow small foldable strollers as carryon luggage. Just flew DEN-DCA and no problem carrying on the YoYo, in the carrying bag. Biggest hassle was the United club agent not letting me up the escalator with the (babyless) stroller, though she did seem mildly amused with the YoYo’s quick foldability and let me carry it up after initially insisting I use the elevator.

Great news that United has changed policy to allow these strollers as carryon, and not require any gate checking.
