At my bank they have a "Select" customer line and a regular customer line. The "Select" customers maintain high balances and naturally receive special treatment. When you are waiting on the "Select" line they always call you to the next available window, even if there is someone on the other line. IMHO, they should do the same thing at the ticketcounters.
