My concern was on the lines of hidden city ticketing on airlines. The hotel is specifically marketing the multi-night stay at a rate different to the one you are paying under multiple separate night bookings.
I'd seen a default to the highest nightly rate across all nights of a multi-night booking. But in this case the rate for the multi-night booking was higher than any of the individual nights.
Yea, you definitely don't have anything to worry about in that regard, it's not against policy or frowned upon or anything like that. This is more of an IT issue in the rates that hilton.com is capable of displaying, rather than the hotel trying to force a higher rate for a multi night stay.
