Despite agreeing with B747-437B statement, this time it looks ok so you should give it a try.
I've recently learnt that there is currently no flights between those massive population centres and India-China in general is very little.
So RwandAir 5th freedom rights on BOM-CAN-BOM route might be a blessing for business/leisure people.
