Vote for the AY option here - great J cabin and service. We’ve also done BA/CX via HKG and much preferred AY. But then we really like Helsinki. BA to HKG then CX to Vietnam could be more convenient as you can fly into Hanoi and back from Saigon, or you’ll end up backtracking on Vietnam Airlines back to Saigon.
