This is correct unless you used her First and Last names as the business name. If you invented a name, or added words to her name, that is called a Fictitious Name, and Chase wants to see that it has been registered.
That would be it then. Used her first name but added a word after her last name. Previously didn't have that issue. I missed that it changed at some point. Thanks
