Will AA close the Flagship Lounge at ORD?

With AA about out of the OCONUS wide-body business at ORD, less LHR and a occasional NRT and maybe some seasonal, it would seem shuttering the Flagship lounge, and even Flagship check-in are likely to follow.

My prediction of Flagship shuttering at ORD will be 2021. Fuel going up, no fuel hedge, and the largest monthly interest payments of any USA legacy airline, looks like 2020 will be the "come to Jesus" year for Chairman Parker.

As Chairman Parker reverts to his US Air survival skills of running a deep in debt airline, seems Flagship shuttering at ORD is not a if, but a when. Would not be shocked if he started leasing some AA gates at ORD in the distant future.
