The stark rooms are typically AC; however, there is usually a mini-refrigerator with water and glasses. That lack of amenity is really bad, as the $10 f&b is for ALL properties! They didn't get to "opt out" on it. AC breakfast is actually decent @ $15, so the $5 net price is a good deal.
