I am booked on a AE reward business class ticket to fly on Brussels Airlines from YYZ to BRU. At time of booking the flight was to be on a A332 featuring SN business class with full lie flat beds. The aircraft had now changed and is being replaced by one of their A333 ecently acquired from SQ which comes with an old business glass and angled seats. SN website does not mention those aircrafts and only advertises their full lie flat bed in business class on their website. I know that usually AE or the airline won't do anything in such case as aircraft change are common but on this case, considering Brussels airlines itself sells hits business as only comprised of full lie flat beds, any chance AE would allow a ticket change and waiving the tax difference? Other option would be on LH but this comes with heavy fuel surcharge.
