Begawan Giri (
www.begawan.com) has a Butler Service, with a head butler for the estate and a 'personal butler' for each residence.
He is the lead for all staff (maids, cleaners, pool attendant) for the residence and cared about everything.
An incompelte list included: unpacking and packing - including the question what I would wear when flying back and whether that would need ironing; finding out our preferences and suggesting day trips; finding out about our taste in books and music and trying to cater to that from Begawand library; finding out what we were eating (even when he had a day off!) and suggesting something new for the next day; finding out about the whether next day and depending on that and the prevous day's trip suggesting to have breakfast at some special place each day (at the pool, in the living room, ...); I could go on like that for a while. He received uus at the airport and brought us back to the airport.
BTW. The airport agent Begawan were employing was standing directly at the bridge to the plane when I was arriving, handled the visa (we were whisked through customs before anyone else on the plane), brought us to to the lounge when leaving.
