AlphaGolf, you have to get used to the fact that Delta doesn't have time for your unreasonable requests. A confirmed seat? Timely service by a CSR? Not bloody likely.
Instead, Delta prefers to deny you any chance of an upgrade by filling those seats with Delta employees and SkyCops, and to remove you from your exit row seat so Tom, Dick and Harry who should have been in the coach line can all sit together.
I'd like to whip whoever started the India call center thing... they need to be thrown into the moat forsure. Being somewhat Indian, I feel I have somewhat of a right to bash Indians, so don't get on me for doing so.
