Hi folks

I've not had this happen before so wanted to get some advice from the more knowledgeable folks here.

I flew on BA165 (LHR - TLV), originally booked in WT but did a POUG to WTP. The flight has appeared on my avios statement but with 0 TP and 0 avios credited, the flight shows as LONDON HEATHROW - TEL AVIV (W/P)

I assume I need to call or fill out the form online for this, but wanted to check if this was a common occurrence (it's never happened to me before) or if there was a reason for this?
