I would note that for a long haul RL rt redemption (hopefully that’s what you are trying to redeem for), NH needs 95k, OZ needs 120k, while BR needs 150k. Upgrading from Y, B to Z AC needs 25k ow and UA needs 30k ow while BR needs something along the 55k ow.

Neither BR *S nor *G allows exit row seat selection; OP has a lounge to visit in TPE anyways, so the benefits of being an elite member, IME, is quite small. Therefore I would probably bank my miles to wherever I thought the most useful (I frequently do upgrades so UA for me)
