Is it an SQ codeshare or an AS flight number on your reservation? If the latter, then you will earn 100% miles, will be eligible for this promo, and will be upgrade eligible.

If it is an SQ codeshare, then you should still earn 100% for the flight, but you will not be eligible for the promo and I'm not sure how upgrades would work.
