She goes in-branch to send it in. 10-12 days go by again and today we get another letter needing verification of proof of physical address for business and proof of tax ID.

At this point, would calling in help move this process along? She has a legit business and we'll send in info but this process seems more involved than previously. Is this common now with chase biz cards? Really want to use this card to pay taxes with and beginning to think, not going to get card by tax day.
