A tad bit late to this dance but...... CSR executive status with NCR is a 2 year benefit. After two years it defaults to emerald.
Just go into CSR card benefits under National and reapply. It will ask you for name and driver info and you will be taken to national website to log in to your old account. You will be given a new Infinte account #. You DO NOT lose any of your occured free days or the kine.
About 2 mins after all that my status changed from emerald to executive on my app.
