Based on prior thread advice regarding children, we have booked our reservation as 1 adult + 2 children. We are invoking the Diamond benefit for the additional free adult. I had previously had it set as 2 adults + 1 child, and they wanted to charge me extra for the rollaway bed and lounge access for my other unlisted child. I emailed the hotel to confirm that everything is in order now - will report back when I get a reply. Why is this so convoluted?
