Has anyone figured out why this happens?
Today I checked in (with the AA app) LHR-JFK for my wife and me. With both checked in fine, but she got a BP and I got "These passengers are checked in but need to get boarding passes at the airport". We had no problem JFK-LHR. Seat assignments look fine.
I note the lack of posts in this thread for the past two years. Has anyone else had this problem recently?
