I hate to say it here on this board, but the Grand Hyatt Shanghai is one of the most spectacular hotels I have ever seen (and I stayed at the Four Seasons). I think the hotel starts around the 50th floor and goes up to the 86th floor or so, so try and make sure you get a high/club floor.
