That's interesting - I notice that you specifically use the words "non-status" - is that deliberate?
For example, can a GCH do a TCP & Seat Request for a passenger (assuming same cabin) if that other passenger is a Silver or Bronze on an HBO booking?
EDIT: Of course, there would be little reason to do so for a Silver I guess, except possibly to share a row reserved for GCH, but Bronze it would be useful outwith 7 days.
