The restaurant is one minute walk from Exit 2 of Subway Namboku Line Susukino station and is on the 3rd floor of a building
next to a McDonald’s . There used to be a sign to the left of McDonald’s sign but it became too old and had to be taken down according to the restaurant’s website.
I’ve just been to the restaurant and found it wasn’t exactly nextdoor to a McDonald’s. There are several entrances to restaurants and shops in between but the building which houses the restaurant looks like this. Take an elevator to the 3rd floor.
It will be an eight-course menu with all you can drink for three hours.
- Today’s appetisers
- Assorted sashimi (5 pieces)
- Red bream and Kitami onion cooked with cheese and tomato
- Chawanmushi (savoury egg custard) with small white fish
- Broiled Tokachi Wagyu (c.60g per person)
- Botan ebi (shrimp) and wild vegetable tempura
- Cold soba noodle with grated radish and ikura (salmon roe)
- Sakura ice cream
The all you can drink menu consists of the usual suspects:
- Sapporo beer, Classic or non-alcoholic
- Sake (hot or cold)
- Shōchū (sweet potato, barley, “kou”)
- Suntory Whisky (Square bottle)
- French wine (red, white)
- Umeshu
- Chū-hi, chū-sour
- Soft drinks (oolong tea, Coke, ginger ale, Calpis, fruit juice, etc.)
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails
In order to avoid processing fees the money for the official Do Dinner will be collected in cash on the day. The total price including food and all-you-can-drink alcoholic and soft drinks will be 7,000 yen per person. Please add your handle in the wikipost if you are joining the group for the dinner by Wednesday 17th at the latest. If you are unable to come please remove your handle at least 24 hours before the event and confirm in the thread. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
