Personally, I am a-ok with UA setting up its shop at EWR. I have had overall good experiences with EWR, but not-so-much during its tenure at JFK.

On the subject of JFK and UA, riding the AirTrain from Jamaica station before reaching terminal stops, UA has a facility along the route within the cargo area.
