I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. They are different properties. I like the hard product at StR, as well as the views of the Sports Club. At SGS, I like the different restaurants (and better Thai food), the jazz club (Living Room), and the spa. And I find the staff considerably warmer at SGS. The trade-off is dated room decor.
