Stayed in Sin-Osaka Courtyard for 6 nights in Jan/Feb. Booked 3 rooms as we were a large group. Some data points:

1. Location was very convenient, right next to Shin-Osaka station. Get to the hotel from the exit next to McDonald's.
2. Rooms are very modern, good size. King size beds are more like queen size by US/Canada standards.
3. Rooms facing the train side can get a little noisy but not too bad.
4. Lounge is excellent. Access via your room key.
