The transfer rate is 1 MVC Points : 40 Marriott Bonvoy Points. You can it transfer one way, MVC -> MB.
More like a long term contract. Pretty much buying MVC Points for the next 37 years, ranges from 2500/4000/7500/10000/15000 MVC Points per year.
2500 X 40 = 100,000 Bonvoy points, which doesn't buy much of a hotel stay. If you do fifth night free, this would permit a property pricing at 25,000 points per night. Depending on the season, it might be about what was once SPG category 3 (less than 10,000 Starpoints per night, in a currency I understand), certainly not a luxury resort.
