ICN: Departures to Immigration via Transfer Desk?
Can the transfer desks in ICN process transiting passengers who wish to go landside from the departure area? I have a 13 hour layover and would like to visit a friend in Seoul. But I'd like to use a priority pass lounge to get breakfast and shower before heading out. I'm reading conflicting information on FT about this and there doesn't appear to be any info on the Airport website.
