Im going to change my allegiance to Delta this fall, possibly starting next year. This is mostly thanks to the return of SBA to SLC NS. No more 3 hr layovers in PHX. I will continue, though, to fly AA when not going to SLC, at least through 2020 as I’m EXP this year and will qualify EXP again for 2020 before that Delta flight is bookable. Quite frankly I’d rather stay with AA as being statused in Oneworld is so much more rewarding than Skyteam.

ive got the Business and personal skymiles plat cards so with $100k spending I’m at 40k MQMs and MQDs waived up to platinum. With the Delta Reserve Skymiles bus bonus MQMs and then MQMs earned with spending I’m Platinum almost without flying and with 9k rollover MQMs I’m there. I can continue to do this provided it ends up being worthwhile which I think it will be. Kind of depends on the upgrades and other perks as well as what I can get from the companion certs. Yet, I can continue to do oneworld airlines for the longer hauls and transcons.

i can’t get an answer on how long this card’s promo is. I know the personal versions promos end April 4 but what about the business version? I can cancel another card now to make room but better to wait.....
