Found a few old threads on various forums that indicate 10:00am is the marker, but they were several years old, with no links to HA's site.
Flights after 10am will have the lunch/dinner service, flights before 10am will have the breakfast/brunch service and flights after 8pm in FC will have the late night snack service.
