IHG did not call a blind person to tell him his points ( more than 60,000 ) are about to expire! Not only that but the points he bought over the years, above and beyond the minimum to keep his points over the years when he had help before losing his parents.
Where he lives purchased items that don’t rot, (points, gift cards, Groupons...) of value can not expire. But Pinky the supervisor. Refused to do anything and said “you are using your blindness as an excuse!” He has been thrown under the bus by IHG. I am here with him now. Talk about depression. Is anybody able to help him with his points? I think this is abuse. To tell him his recent and complete blindness is an excuse. Come on IHG time to do the right thing.
Sorry, but what does blindness have to do with losing points? Plenty of sighted people have been in the same situation.
