when i was there in nov, the ba jfk lounge is under renovation, so only club but no first lounge and it was very crowded as a result. i heard the first lounge is now up and running.

the corcord lounge is at a diffrenet location (either much further in or right next to the "supposedly" concord gate...i forgot) it is a lot quieter but the facilities are not fantastic......just bigger couch and more space....
